You've seen what we have to offer, you've even designed the perfect building in your head.  You are probably just wondering how you are going to pay for it.  Well, just like we gave you options for the style, size, roofing material and the color of your building, we have options for how you can pay for it too!


Pay up front!

Of course, if you want, you can pay for your building upfront! 

Rent to Own

We know that it can be difficult to come up with a large sum of money all at one time, we've all been there.  If you need to take advantage of our rent to own program, all you'll need up front is the first month of rent and a security deposit.

The term of the rental agreement is 36 months.   If, during that time, you decide not to keep your building, and you voluntarily surrender it, just call, and we will pick it up.


What do I need to bring with me for the Rent to Own process?

Bring 2 personal references that include their name, phone number and address.  We also will need to see your driver's license.   Other than that, bring your method of payment (cash, check or credit card) and come on down.

What is a security deposit?

The security deposit for the building is very much like the security deposit for a house or apartment.  For buildings that are 8' or 10' wide, we collect a deposit of $100.  For buildings 12' or wider, we collect a deposit of $200.  The deposit is either put toward the end balance of the building, or returned when the building is paid off.  If you decide to return your building, the security deposit will be used to defray the transportation costs associated with retrieving the building.
